To make optimum use of radio frequencies without disturbing other users, the research laboratories of ATDI - the leading French provider of radio network planning and management solutions - have developed a highly innovative and totally original software solution called ICS manager.

The function of ICS manager is to manage the radio frequencies used by all types of existing microwave radio networks. Operating with terrestrial, fixed and mobile networks, but also with networks using satellite links, ICS manager provides an excellent means to address the growing needs of different countries in radio network control and regulation.

Fully international in scope, ICS manager is designed for use by public and private operators and by the various telecommunications regulation authorities. It enables them to ensure that newly created services do not disturb radio wave propagation from existing networks and provides a tool to manage the numerous administrative procedures for compliance with national, regional and international regulations..
